Undertheseas.....the scallops, mussels and shrimp are listed as ingredients of the Morrocan Seafood Salad - that contains couscous as well as the scallops, mussels and shrimp. I did not see them listed as separate entrees.
There is a seafood skewer listed on the menu I believe.

Our ressies are for a Wednesday also and that menu looks like it will cover just about all of the food "loves" of our group. Can't wait. This will be our
first trip to Boma for the supper buffet.

for the info. I didn't realize that they changed the menu each nite. Makes sense though. I went for the first time in Dec. and LOVED it. My new favorite I convinced hubby to give it a try in Oct. He's sold on the prime rib and ribs. I can't wait to introduce him to Zebra Domes.
