I have rented points, now I need to know???

I have made my rental, completed my payment and now I have a few questions. It is my understanding that even though I am not a DVC member since I rented points that I will be treated as one, so I wanted to know how do they do this? And will I be entitled to the following;

1) Discount on UPH passes?
2) Rest discounts were it applies?
3) Free valet parking (excluding tip ofcourse)

When you check-in your resort ID/room key will say that you are a DVC member. This is your ID for discounts as well. You will also get a little booklet that states what the discounts are during the time you are staying.

Technically, renters are NOT entitled to DVC perks according to the DVC literature. Guests of DVC members are. That's not to say you won't get them. Some perks require a DVC member card, not just the words on your room ID. Free valet parking is only available to DVC members at resorts with DVC lodging - BC, WL and BW. You still need to tip the valets, though.
