I'm sure you can call the store and let them know what time it happened. I'm pretty sure he'd get a ticket for indecent exposure. We have an area here in Dallas around some bars where people get drunk and pee in people's yards. You may have heard of barkingdogs.org. The people got so frustrated they set up cameras to take pictures of the people urinating in their yards, posted it on the internet, and turned them in to the police so the violaters could be prosecuted.
