Booking Lightning Lane Question

I am staying at the Disney World Dolphin. I am sure this has been asked before, but how many days ahead can I book lightning lane? 7 or 3?

Sorry if this has been asked and answers but I was not able to find the answer.

7 days. And dining at 60 days for up to a 14 day trip.
