Concerning the New Jersey thread concerning gasoline: I have not read the posts.
However, I have studied on this and decided that "New Jersey" is not a part of "Texas".
I have travelled quite a bit around Texas, and I do not recall seeing 'New Jersey' anywhere in my travels (there was a part of Dallas that I thought might be "New Jersey", but it turned out to be Mesquite). I was going to drive to Houston, but I am afraid of Houston.
Thus, it is my opinion that "New Jersey" is not part of Texas, but may well be a wholly different State. From watching the Housewives of New Jersey, I have deduced that it is a small state (it would have to be small, since Texas takes up some 55 percent of the USA, followed by Alaska with 25 percent, and California with 10 percent) that consists of a few dozen 'families', if you know what I mean (La Costa Rica, I believe they call themselves).
Now, these 'families' do not, from what I gathered in not reading the thread, drill for and pump their own gas (another indication that 'New Jersey' is not part of Texas, since we all drill our own gas). I am not sure how they obtain gasoline for their vehicles (assuming they have vehicles in that 'state').
Anyway, I am trying to think of a fit reply to insert into the New Jersey thread. Something along the lines of "If you do not drill or pump your own gas, you are obviously not in Texas", but I do not want to hurt anyones feelings by pointing out that they are not in Texas.
Indeed, there is another thread that just started about a woman who goes to some gym to watch her child do some type of Karate (I think called "Take My Dough") and some other woman keeps trying to engage her in conversation. She wants to know 'how do I keep this person from talking to me'. The obvious answer, of course, is to say to said offending person "You are obviously not from Texas", which would end all further attempts at communication.
More later when the 'fits' return.
