I have a DVC website problem - can anyone help?

Just wondering if someone else has had to deal with this.

I've never had login issues with the member website previously. Originally, I got the pin, logged in with my existing Disney account email/password gave the pin # and bingo, I've been logging into the DVC member site with my disney account email/password ever since.

Yesterday, I need to log onto a "Disney" site, I think it was FamilyFun or something like that. However, it would only accept a Disney ID name. My email address wouldn't cut it. So I had to log into my Disney account and establish an ID name. Ok. fine.

However, now NEITHER my new ID nor my email address will let me log into the DVC member site. Arrgggghhhh! What do I do? Anyone have a magic solutions?

While I'm thinking about it, does anyone have the email address to contact member services for website/login issues?

You just need to call MS and have them reset your sign in info. Best to call rather than go through exchanging emails which can take time, because they can do it while you are on phone. Something similar has happened to me before-- DVC's (Disney's) site (computer) every now and then just decides on its own to no longer accept someone's sign in info. When that happens, trying to create new sign in info, as you tried to do, just results in total computer chaos.
 
This has also happened to us. Your sign in info has to be the same on all of the Disney websites. We finally got a tech support guy who directed me to a Disney back door site. He had me re-register and the new registration was picked up by all of the Disney websites. No problems since and that was a year ago. :thumbsup2
