.... the 4th one in a few weeks.... the neighbors are going to start talking. He'll be here sometime between 8 and 5. Good thing I don't have a life. They better fix the dryer this time. We have been without it for a MONTH. Wish me luck.

I no longer trust them after watching them DROP my stackable washer /dryer onto the pavement and then try to tell me that I did not see what I saw. It took a looong time to get it fixed but now we have a new W/D and I got a 200. sears gift card. Keep an eye on them. Some of the Sears guys were not too swift.
