Ugh, the Disney website is SO frustrating!!:furious: I've been trying to make my FP+ reservations for 30 minutes now & it keeps bumping me off the site everytime I make a new FP selection.

Why would they make such a poorly designed website for so many people to access?

Grrr... OK, vent over ;)

I have to make FP+ selections on Tuesday, and I am absolutely dreading it. It seems like a majority of the people who access the site have problems...
29 trips to Disney World and counting...next stop POFQ March 2014:)

I already complained to a CM on the phone yesterday when the website did not allow me to link our resort reservations. I think I will send an email as well-thanks for the reminder.

Documented complaints are the only way they'll ever fix anything...

Every time I went through the FP+ selection process and hit Submit or Done or whatever, it said Server Too Busy Try Again Later. But, when I went back to MDE, my fast passes were there and I could edit/change them. This has happened every time in both IE and Chrome. Ugh.

When I was making mine for our last trip in Sept, I swear I was ready to throw something through the screen if that stupid Donald showed up one more time. Ugh. I agree. What an awful website.

The various versions of the web site that we have used in recent years have all been poor. Many things don't work at all. I am amazed that these problems continue year after year. One would think a company the size of Disney could get their site to work, eventually.

And, in spite of those continuing failings, they decided to launch an entirely new, all-encompassing program, that can affect the visits of all guests, based on the very web technology on which they have so miserably attempted to operate.

Sad.

I must be lucky. I've been using the MDE site for my trip next week with no problems at all.

Edited to add, I just checked and I have 6 FP+s for Thursday the 16th. I wonder how that's going to work out.

I'm so sick of that stupid "Oops!" Donald Duck screen every time I try to adjust my fp+ or dining reservations!!

That happened to me earlier today and it turned out that my party members had different FP+ times. I had to fix it so we all had the same times. You might want to double check that all of your party members have the same time FP's as you (if you were all planning on touring the parks together).

It took under 20 minutes for the JINX to hit ya, huh?

;)

Sounds like your luck just ran out :)

Three of those are "ghost" FP's - I had several of them on multiple days on mine as well. I was somewhat reluctant to modify any of them for fear I'd screw something up, so I just left them. On each day, the "real" FP's were still there and valid and the ghost FP's were gone.

I just wanted to second this... Every time I make or change a selection, it says the server is too busy, but when I go to look at my fastpass reservations, they are there. :confused3

Ugh, I feel like this website gets worse everytime I attempt to try it!

Today, I stupidly wanted to change my FP+ for one day and now it is saying that my parents do not have eligible park tickets and will not let me include them-GRRRR!!!!

I took me 45 minutes to make changes to another day and now the website is just totally unusable, so I quit.

What is the point of having a website for people to access before a trip if they cannot even access it????

SO annoyed :(

I filled out a survey on the website yesterday and gave it very poor reviews with descriptions of why. It amazes me that Disney would embarrass themselves with such a poor website!

The website really thinks I'm a cougar. It keeps showing my husbands age at 18 even after I've fixed it and saved.

I may try to fix it later. It does have my age and my kids ages correct. I haven't tried to book FP's yet or dining recently since I had to cancel my April 2014 trip.

I just booked a May 2014 room ressie but nobody is committing to going so I don't want to book anything else until DS18 and DH commit to going. My DD will be staying offsite with her band group.

Same thing happened to me. I give up! I'm going to just wait on line.

I feel like an outcast here. :(

I booked my resort, made a profile, linked my CSR reservation, added family members, made ADRs, added my ME information, ordered PhotoPass+ and made 12 payments all on the MDE site, all by myself (no help from DH lol) with absolutely zero issues.

We book FP+ in 58 days, I'm interested to see how that goes. I'm nervous, but so far so good!
