I HATE it When I explode soda in the freezer!

Pops explode in our freezer. It's really amazing, though. In most homes, pops explode in there because someone put the pop in there.

But after it explodes, I ask who put it in there...and nobody did.

Freaky, I tell you.

We should be on that show where they search the house for ghosts. I know they're here. They keep exploding pops on me. ::yes::

Freezer, nope. Hot car, yup. Not fun, definitely not fun.

For those who like icy drinks, but don't want to put their soda in the freezer, they do sell those mugs that you can put in the freezer that get icy, then you pour your drink into them. That way you aren't watering down your drink, but you still get that icy sensation.

I love the timer idea. But knowing me....it would go off and I would either ignore it or wonder why the timer was going off!

Forget the freezer.

Deep bowl (or pot).
Ice.
Water.
Salt.
Place ice in bowl, about 3/4 full.
Fill with water.
Add substantial amount of salt, about a palmful.
Add can(s).
Proven by Mythbusters.

...why would you put pop in the freezer??
Because someone in the family didn't follow the "If there are less than 5 pops in the fridge and you take one out, put a bunch more in" rule.

Or several someones didn't.

And there is not cold pop, but you really want cold pop.

So, into the freezer the pop goes. :)

Yes!

It's the only time I miss winter. Freezing weather and a soda stuck in the snow chills quickly! :thumbsup2
