Booked my latest trip thru WDW ... and I was getting a credit on a flight we didn't manage to get to in the BLIZZARD of FEB 06 and I had the most wonderful CM/Booking Agent -- whatever we want to call them!!!
Her name was Kat and she was so sweet and patient. I am not really an assertive person and I was worried about asking for my credit ... etc ... cause it was my more assertive DH that handled those conversations last Feb. But there was little trouble and she apologized for the wait I experienced (no problem - this was $$ we're talking about!) ... and I just wanted to share the joy and the magic. I know sometimes there are problems and we complain, but what a joy -- I am so happy!!!
PS: Anyone know the e-mail where you can tell how wonderful a CM is again???
PSS: I even got all my ADRs at the places I wanted and the times I wanted! SWEET!!!!
