I just made sure the girl who is covering for me on Friday, knows that she is covering because I'm going out of town. She is a wimp aobut working Friday night, but the boss is going to be gone to so she has to to it. I just reminder her of how much I cover for her especially at the last min. In fact I have to leave in a few to cover her shift tonight.
