I got the MS phone survey this morning

So I don't feel left out anymore

On the last question, how would you prefer to make reservations, I couldn't resist voting for internet reservations. Yeah, I know the cost/complexity issue (I'm an IT manager), but the convenience and having all your points information at your fingertips would be wonderful!

I gave Andrea all 5's on the CM related questions

The purpose of the call was to make our May 2003 reservations. We always ask for Turtle Pond area, and the last three trips to OKW we've gotten the same room - 4225. It really is beginning to feel like home! Just for the fun of it I mentioned that to Andrea... who knows what Disney magic might happen? If we get 4225 again in December, we'll know

I have not received any phone calls from DVC nor have I ever had a room near any of my earlier visits to OKW. I guess that I might like having the same room for more than one trip but I have actually always always really enjoyed each and every location at OKW and BWVs even when we thought that the location was not great. One of the real benefits of the DVC is that you know that you will be returning real soon.

Must be just certain days they select for the survey because I was chosen this morning also. Again I had gave all fives but I was just calling to add a room preference to my existing reservation. And I'm with you, on the last question I also answered internet. It would be great just to have the option to hop out on the internet and see what's available. This is one way RCI does it, it works great, especially with as many resorts and areas as RCI. Just enter your dates and destination and see what's available. I sure hope Disney thinks seriously about it.

I called on thursday to make reservations.I was on hold for 15 minutes.I hung up and called about 10 minutes later and was told that I have been selected for a satisfaction survey.

WHAT A SURPRISE THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED IN ABOUT 30 SECONDS BY REAL PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!

IS THE SYSTEM SET UP TO KEEP Those who will be surveyed happy????????????


Why not a direct number for members making ressies at home resort.Without all the other options that slow things down????

Nothing like a little survey to make ya feel speical!

BTW I see we will be at OKW at the same time this December! It is our first trip home for the Holidays!!! WOOOHOOOOO

Hmmm... could be set up that way. I called at 9am (actually 8:58), so I had zero hold time. OTOH, I always call at 9am, and have never been surveyed before.

To avoid all the menus on the 800 number, just remember the choices to get DVC resort ressies are 3 and 3. Press them as soon as the menu blurbs start. Don't worry about the "please listen because we've changed the menus" blurb... it's been 3,3 for years.

You'll love it We've gone every December since 1992. If you're renting a car, be sure to "resort hop" and check out the decorations. OKW is relatively subdued compared to the others, but still very nice. And don't forget your MVMCP and CP ressies.
