It pays to call MS every day while on the waitlist to see what they have in inventory. I have been waiting for BCV's for my whole vacation (Jan. 9-18), but nothing has been open (2 br) for my week. Anway, I've been calling every day to check inventory and sure enough today they had four out of my five waitlist days. They were not going to call me because the days were not the consecutive days on my waitlist. My only problem now is that one day in the middle of the week I have to switch from a dedicated to a lock off for one night. I am on one last waitlist for a solid dedicated for the whole time.

I'm so happy! Its our first DVC trip and just 23 more days to go!!

Congratulations!! I just got back from BCV a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. The floors in the room could have had a bit more attention paid to them, but overall the room quality was fine.

Water pressure was good, lotsa hot water, and the air conditioning worked almost too good. You'll probably not have to worry about that in January though.

The resort was fairly quiet as well, although I was on the top floor, so I didn't have anyone above to worry about.

Make sure you explain your situation when you check in at the BCV. You may find that they will make it work for you. I had a reservation for a preferred view for one night in the middle of a 7 night standard view stay at the BWV and the front desk CM's were able to allow me to stay in the same unit the whole week. Brian, thanks for your comments and its great to hear you had such a nice stay there. I really can't wait because I have never even seen any villas yet and I have been a member for over a year now!
HBC, I was hoping that would be the case. I'm hoping I can talk to the front desk and it will work out so I don't have to move around. Thank you.
