I'm done and will just settle for counter service. And I gotta say, that unless it was with two separate calls, I'm a little ticked off that someone got TWO.
My wife and I think there's a geographic issue as well.
We're on Long Island. I am now officially at the one hour mark and I have not gotten anything other than the above four scenarios....none of which results in my getting to a disney phone queue.
Finally got through after 45 minutes. Nothing on the date I wanted ( 12/ 6 ) was afraid that date would be slammed. We have MMVMP tickets that night and really only wanted to go to MK only that one day. Had to make reservations for 12/3 at 6:45 so will have to use a park ticket and give up a day of doing something else but the wife really wanted to go. Hoping maybe when online reservations open I might be able to make some better adjustments or find a cancellation. Good luck everyone!
12/4 4:30pm...I asked for 6:30pm and this was all they gave me searching two hours before, two hours after and two days before. We are a party of 10 so I figured I would have more trouble than the next.
BUT WE GOT IT!
I called straight for 58 MINUTES and finally got through. I elected to use the automated system.
I'll try on Wednesday to see if I can improve the time...if not...at least I GOT IT!
After 30+ min calling and getting no answer, I finally got through to the automated and got a reservation for day and time we wanted...now on hold to talk to an agent to add dietary info on...keep trying!!! I know they said the wait to talk to an agent was 60min...
