32 minutes on hold, but worth it. Got POP ressie changed to BDP ($55 + tax/night), saved $98.40 over four nights. I saw that Feb. 5 might be a blackout date, but I got it. ???

I got through at 7;15am and the cm said the DBP discount doesn't apply to POP Century!! I think i better call back. Anyone had luck getting pop for early January? I know about the blackout dates. Thanks, Jen

I had to hang up and call back unfortunately . . .first time on hold 45 minutes . . .now I'm going on 5 minutes . . .hopefully I won't have to hang up this time! I am at work and can't stay on hold all day long . . . .

FINALLY!!!! It took one hour to get through, but I was able to change my reservation from two standard rooms for $239 at PORQ for one night (2/12/05) to two poolview rooms at AKL for $301 (these prices include tax).

I'm very happy.

By the way, I have a new reservation number because I changed hotels. If I'd just applied the code to the same hotel, I would have kept the same ressie #.

Anyone trying for and/or getting GF for February??? It seems like most people are trying for AKL, POR, Ft. Wilderness, WL or the Values. Anyone get anything else, or are the others just not available?

I called right at 7:00 the 800 number and was on hold for 40 minutes before I had to hang up and drive the kids to school I'm now on hold again for 22 minutes so far!

Oh wonderlandaddict I feel your pain! I said a little prayer for you to get through quickly!! Just wanted to clarify for anyone out there still holding that I was on 407 dis line and pushed the button to update an existing res. Also I was using the BDP code. In response to an earlier question, I think people are getting different rates depending on dates (peak vs. reg, or val season rates) and also sounds like some are using the code for annual passholders. Thought this all might be helpful to someone out there.

I am on the phone now and the WL courtyard view is sold out for my timeframe 4/16 - 4/26). oh, well I had to go with the woodsview. I am surprised it went so quickly but I tried at 7:00 this morning and was on hold, but needed to get the kids out early and couldn't do both at the same time. Should I try back later to see if any open up?

Yay! Finally got through and upgraded from pool view to savannah view at AKL and saved about $600 in the bargain for my seven night stay. Room rate was $206/night. For all those still on hold, good luck!!!!!!!

I have WL for four nights beginning 2/6. $140 courtyard view before tax. The CM told me AP rate and BDP are the same dollar amount!

I was on hold for 25 min. this morning @ 7:15 before I hung up. Called back @ 8:20, got through in seconds. I was able to get WL for $174/night (includes tax) for 3/3 - 3/8. I was originally booked at CSR, and now I have a deluxe for $10 less a night. This is my first visit to a deluxe - I am so excited!

Got 4/16-4/24 Pop Century preferred location for $101.50 Inc. tx.

It sounds like a lot but it's the tail end of peak season and I started out @ $134.92 so I have saved $267 total. I can live with that!

I also wanted to let everyone know that eventhough my date starts with the end date of the code (and I have a preferred view) it can be booked. I had a GREAT CM (Chamberlin) who made the wait worth it!

Changed Ressies from POR to FW cabins at a rate of $155.00 per nite from 2/16/05 to 02/21/05. Sooooooooo excited, all my ds want to do is sleep in the murphy bed. This is way cool, there will be so much more room for us. I waited 60 mins but well worth it. Everybody hang in there. The CM's will get to you. Disney-here we come.

Woah, talk about multi-tasking! Had the cordless cradled in my neck (ouch!), cell in hand with the other number, was on hold for 45 minutes but still accomplished some other stuff around the house at the same time....

Then finally got a WONDERFUL CM and my ressie was changed to the code rate! Yay! Since we're going in PEAK, after Easter, i'm only saving $22 a night but that's $88 for the four nights, so it was worth the wait!

And now i'm going to take two advil for the severe *phone crick* in my neck.
