Think of loops as bldg # 's at the other resorts.FW cabins are located in loops with some loops being more desirable due to their location to pool etc...... Hope this made it more clear. I am now on hold for over 50 mins. I too have never waitied this long.

After 55 minutes on the phone I got it!!! 6 nights at POP for $61 with tax and the last 2 nights at WL for about $132 with tax!!! Yeah!!

Now I'm going to bed, I'm a West Coast girl and getting up at 4 in the morning is not my cup of tea. Hopefully I'll be able to get to sleep!

I got 5 of my 6 nights at WL for 1/3-1/9 yesterday on EWV. I was trying to modify night #6 (1/8-1/9). Nothing available! 50 minutes for nothing.
I was able to tell the CM about this board however. She had never heard of it before. She said she's gonna go home after work and check it out. Pretty funny.

GOT THROUGH!!!!HELD FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN 35 MINUTES. GOT AKL(original ressie @370.00 per night savannah view) Got discount applied for ENTIRE stay including "black out" dates!! Fot rate of 206.00 per night!!!!!! This is peak season!! WOW I am so excited! Good Luck if you're still out there on hold!!!! Also, I did not get a new confirmation number and the CR said I would not get a new printed confirmation sent to me. I will definitely call back later or tomorrow to confirm info is correct. I just wrote all the figures down just in case.

I'm still on hold too. 20 minutes and counting. Finally got through, my dates (3/2 - 3/4) at CR tower were not available (and still no concierge available ) but I was able to get PC (3/4 - 3/7) with a preferred room for $91.00.

Called 800 # at 7 AM - was on hold for about 15 minutes - they're busy!

Was first told that all hotels were blocked off for my dates (2/4- 2/6) - I asked her to check with the code and said I knew people had gotten the AP rate for AKL - she insisted that none of the hotels had availability for those dates. Determined not to give up, I asked her to check the regular rates for me at AKL for those dates - low and behold, she came back on and said - "hold on, I think I can help you here" (very nice, though mistaken, CM this morning!). . . yeah !! - 2 rooms, savannah view @ 151.00 + tax =168.21. She did not have any concierge rooms available (at any rate) - really wanted to take my friends on Sunrise Savannah - Oh well, I'm so excited to be going back to AKL!

Anyone know what's going on that weekend? CM didn't know - is that Mardis Gras?
