I got Akershus for Departure Day lunch!

So I am excited because I booked Akershus for lunch on the day we are leaving. I was trying to get breakfast but it is all but impossible! But I think having this princess lunch will be a great end for our trip, and we can take one last walk through of Epcot before heading back home.

I'm a little nervous of the Norweigan (sp?) food but I've read some reviews and the knotts.... thingie sounds pretty good (LOL). And my kids will be too enthralled with the characters to care about what they are eating!
