Check your e-mail. Yesterday around 4:45 I checked my e-mail just before I left work. I got an e-mail from Disney Destinations--subject
Amazing Disney Vacation Offer. It was a 7 days for price of 5 during October and November. I almost didn't check it because I figured it was just junk. But no--it was a good one. I immediately forwarded it to dh and when I got home we phoned. We got 7 nights at Pop, 6 days of Hoppers and regular dining and the travel insurance for $1800 and change, which I thought was pretty good. It was such a spur of the moment thing and so unlike us. We are generally obsessive planners and think and talk these things to death for weeks before we make a move.
Anyway, we have never stayed at a value, we usually stay at a Mod, so I am ready for advice and tips.
Moral of story--sign up for everything Disney and check your e-mail!
