I got a pin, but not for me?

So I have been trying everything suggested here to get a pin for weeks now! I mean everything. Yesterday I received a pin code and was so excited but then I saw it ends 6/12 and our trip is 6/22. But then I look closer to the email and it is in my aunts name with my email address!!!! We had our vow renewal in November and I made a bunch of the reservations for my family members. However, I never used my email address always their own. I have no idea how they confused us and am so mad right now. I am frustrated that it seems everyone is getting these pin codes and I am jumping through hoops to get something and then get nothing. Then for her to get one just blows my mind.

Something similar happened to me. A few weeks ago, I got the 20/30/40 email addressed to me. Last night, I got an email addressed to another family (didn't recognize the last name) in my inbox. I'm not sure how someone else's email ended up in my inbox. It was for the 30/35/40 deal that ends mid June.

I'm glad I got the 20/30/40 yearlong email addressed to me.

Yup I have the same problem - I never get codes but we traveled with my parents last time and they are NOT disney people - they prefer Europe and cruises and WON"T go back. Anyway my father is now attached to my email and although I have MY name registered to this emails they have sent 4 yes 4 emails to HIM and I have tried to have his name removed from my email but it doesn't work - and he won't do it himself. So we are going and might have to cancel the trip but my father gets a ton of emails for one that he will never take. Very frustrating.
