In person without the BLARING flash the black diamonds aren't so corn starchy looking. In person they just look black LOL.

It took two days basically to do everything from making the cakes to making the icing to making the fondant, and then the decorating! The cakes are all white with different icing flavors. One layer has cotton candy flavor, the next hase Tropical punch flavor, and the top have Strawberry Kiwi.

I just greased the blaqck diamonds with a little crisco so now there is absolutely no powdery effect left they are all black and shiny.
