I actually JUST started selling cakes! I took the four Wilton Courses and then I decided to start teaching the courses, then I decided to start selling cakes

It was so much fun! They had improv comedy and jousting with pool floaty noodles, a DJ, and a live band! It was a great party!

I usually just look around in stores for fun flavorings. I went to the souther Christmas show here last week and got a whole bunch of flavorings for $1.00 a bottle. They are technically candy flavorings but they work just fine in icings

Another cool filling is a pudding cup! they come in all kinds of flavors and nobody knows its pudding

Thanks I have to make a birthday cake for a friends daughter and was looking for ideas. I always get stuck on the fillings Too many choices.
