So ihavent been losing too much lately, I am getting closer to goal and to be honest, I havent been exercising which is probably why.
But this morning, I woke up and for the first time, I actually FEEL THIN!
Its hard to describe in detail but I can FEEL it!
Doesnt mattter now that the scale hasnt moved much as long as I feel good1

) since I have been faithfully exercising minimally 5x/wk. So if I think only in terms of what the scales says I feel like I am not doing so well - but when I think in terms of how things fit, inches lost and how I feel I think I am doing very well!
