ECV and NSSHP

What are the chances of renting an ECV at Magic Kingdom for the MNSSHP? Ideally, pick it up at 4:00, for early entry, but perhaps as day guests are leaving?

Just be aware that ECVs which have been rented out by other guests all day will need to be re-charged, so you may end up with a wheelchair until and ECV is available.

There’s really no way to predict what availability will be like. When they run out a waitlist is started. If that happens better to be on the top of the list, so I’d try getting there asap to be one of the first 4pm arrivals headed to the rental location. Better yet, if you already have another ticket (eg - multiday hopper), use it to beat that 4pm crowd.

This is probably going to be just the party for this visit. I told my DH that we don't HAVE to go to Disney, but I can't be in Orlando and NOT spend at least a few hours there! DH usually rents an ECV for the week, but not this time. Thanks for your thoughts.
