I've been buying on Ebay for a while but tonight I listed several auctions for SALE!! Hoping to make some play money for WDW in October!!

What did you list? Did you take photo's?

Listing something on E-Bay sounds so exciting to me! This one salesperson I know from a specialty boutique told me she made $6000 last year selling her old clothes on e-bay! Can't believe it! She said she had to buy a digital camara but it paid itself off in the first month.

Good luck! I'm sure you're anxious to see what results your items have!!

I listed 2 outfits of my DD that are in perfect condition, a Ashton Drake Doll dressed as Winnie the Pooh (don't know why I just don't like this doll!), My entire Disney Stamp Collection all in protective cases and with certificates (been in the closet for 8 years!), and a mini American Girl Doll that I bought a few years back for my mom but she already had one.

I do have a digital so all the auctions have pictures up.

I am still going through the closets!

I'm really thinking about trying ebay too! (if I find the time! ;) ) I've got 3 Disney infant princess costumes that still have the tags on them. My dd is too big for them, but I was hoping she could wear them on our Disney cruise!

Maybe I'll get up the nerve one day soon...

We have been doing it since the beginning of the year with great success!! We have even bought a few things on clearence and resold them at a great profit on ebay.

It's better than the stock market!

Tom...

I guess E-bay does draw a huge crowd. Personally, I don't like them. ;) I prefer... www.rubylane.com
I could get lost there for hours! LOL!

Where else can you get over ten bucks (plus shipping and handling) for four used paperback books that might have gone for 25 cents a piece in a garage sale?

I just started a little over two weeks ago and I don't even want to tell you how much I've made! The funny part is, I'm NOT selling anything "special" - just stuff I want OUT of here.. I will never, EVER go through the trouble of having a garage sale again and quite frankly, I could KICK myself for not doing this much sooner!!

Money is VERY tight for us, but this is going to help us out quite a bit..:)

Good luck, kinlaw!!

I bought a book a few years ago at a yard sale for 10 cents. I sold it on eBay for over $34! It was a little book about equestrian equipment. :bounce:

I decided I am going to try as well. DH just bought a digital camera for $20 and it takes pictures just fine. He told me he has to charge me .25 cents for each picture to recoup what he payed for the camera (he's teasing) and I said that was fine, better than a percentage of what I am planning on getting on EBAY!;)
