I don't believe it!!!

Has anyone heard any more news on the potential strike at Heathrow on Friday. Read on the teletext last night that the guys who refuel aircraft, are threatning a 48 hour strike at Heathrow from Friday, unless their pay demands are met. We're due to fly to Miami from there on Friday and after all the problems with the weather couldn't bear to think it may be cancelled because of this.

Heard about this also - there was suppose to be last minute talks today, Tues, to try to resolve the matter. I hope they don't go ahead as it will cause so much disruption for so many.

Heard on the news this morning that it looks like the talks have broken down and the strikes may go ahead. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I also heard that the strike will go ahead due to breakdown of communication and agreements.

I would speak to your airline or company involved and see what they find out. To either put your mind at rest or at least prepare you for a delay.

Looks as though it's both Heathrow and Gatwick that'll be affected over the weekend.
