I did it!!!!!

I can't believe it, after less than 4 months with WISH I have lost 30lbs and am now in onederland. I can't believe I've stuck with it this long. I can't wait to see my mom this weekend and tell her the news. I also haven't seen my brother in a couple months and maybe he'll even notice a difference even though he is a guy. I have also been exercising faithfully at least 5 days a week for 3 months now.

Thank you so much for all your support - I know I couldn't have done it without all your encouragement. Onward and downward!

How are you doing it? Have you gotten some new clothes that fit? For me, 30 pounds was where people really started noticing, especially once I put on some non-baggy clothes! Doesn't it feel great! GOOD FOR YOU!
