I Can't Fit Everything In!!!

Ive been packing and unpacking, packing and unpacking since Sunday, and i just can't get everything in! I even went out and brought a new case over the weekend, i didnt want a big one as i wanted to travel lite but things just havent gone to plan
The weather isnt helping as i was hoping to bring summer clothes and now im just not sure...


Oh well, im off to try again.

Kath - if you look at her tag it states quite clearly "I'm a girlie...I just can't help it" LOL I spoke to Emma the other day and she's a girl that likes to pack for all eventualities.

I'm in the same boat I've packed once already but now my problems is what if I buy something, where will I put it??? It's OK I've limited myself to only taking 3 pairs of flip flops.

Yikes!!!

I am doing everything in a carry on. One pair of shoes, sneakers, 4 pairs of pants, 5 shirts, one skirt, 3 pairs of shorts, 2 sweatshirts, and a bathing suit. toiletries, and meds...that is it!!!

I'm actually glad to be driving instead of flying (but that's probably because it's not too terribly long of a drive for me) because I have tons of room for large suitcases and lots of souvenirs in my car!

Why do you think I'm driving a 7-passenger minivan to WDW?

There's no way that I could fit enough stuff into a couple of suitcases for a 12 night stay at WDW.

I am with Glo...I plan on taking just 1 carry-on with everything in it! I"ve been able to do this for longer trips,.....but none of them required a tiara!!!!
Yeah,....that's it....if I can't fot it all in to 1 carry-on I'll blame it on the tiara!!!!

Since I leave Thursday for Thanksgiving in Boston, fly from there to Orlando Sunday, have a two day conference in Orlando followed by DISCON I am just shipping stuff to my first hotel in Orlando along with lables to ship the stuff back home! Souviners will not be a problem, I will just get a bigger box!

I'm like Emma, I need to back for any situation that may come up! I HATE to be unprepared!! I've resolved myself to the fact that I must do laundry while I'm there. There is no way I can fit it all in one carry on, that would be impossible! I'm impressed with those of you that can do that! Heck, my toiletries take up one suitcase. LOL I need to call the airline and verify that I can take check suitcases and have one carry on bag. If not, I am in deep doggie doo. This is why packing takes me all day. I have to think and rethink, pack and repack!!

Yikes! I haven't even started packing yet - got the case out of the cupboard, but that's about it, LOL.

Just remember - it's casual, casual, casual. I'll be packing one pair trainers (sneakers)...wait...I'll be wearing those for the journey, one pair of jeans, some leggings, a pile of shorts and t-shirts, and a sweater or two, maybe a shirt, my swimming cossie, and that's about it. I don't <i>do</i> dressing up at WDW

I'm with Elisabeth! I'm glad I'm driving because I have a 5-piece luggage set and I will probably be bringing it all and I will only be there 3 days!

I ALWAYS overpack....I'm trying very hard NOT to do that this trip. I'll have one large suitcase and a carryon...I am hoping to have that almost empty so I have room for the things I buy there.

I'm sorry that I've puzzled you, Dave. Clothes and shoes take up a lot of room, I can't just go with the pair of sneakers I have on my feet like a man can. I have to have at the very least 4 pairs of shoes and we won't even get into wardrobe options... Then there are purses, accessories, hair dryers, make-up, gifts... Trust me, it adds up!
