I can't find the link...

I am trying to pay down my hotel room before our trip in February. I see my reservation through the My Plans page on the Disney website, but there is no link to direct me where I can throw some money to lower my payment after putting down the deposit. Am I missing something here? Can anybody point me in the right direction?

If you're using a computer, login to MyDisneyExperience. Under 'My Plans' your resort information will be displayed. Beside that you should see your remaining balance and the option to, 'Make a Payment'.

If you are using a travel agent then possibly this doesn't appear but that's only a guess.

Sadly, both from my computer and my phone, there is no Make A Payment link. I'm currently on hold with Disney, it's already a 60 minute expected wait time even though I called at the opening bell of 7am.

Thanks for everyone's help. I found out the issue...I purchased my tickets separately from my hotel reservation, so I am in the process of linking the two so I can pay down my hotel before arrival.
