I can't believe this has happened

I have been waiting since January for discount codes to come out and Mousesavers now states to tune in Monday 7-22-02 for new discount code for stays 10-3 to 12-25 would you believe my company has just instituted a new policy all our internet access has been shut off and we are only allowed into web sites relative to our jobs. Does anyone think they will get the code by 7:25 eastern standard time Monday morning and be able to post it here so that I could make the call from work. If anyone has any ideas on how I can get that by 7:25 monday morning please feel free to let me know without the code we can't stay at the deluxe we want and going Thanksgiving week I'm affraid that I won't be able to book the room we want if I don't do it in the morning. Thanks for any help or ideas you have.

Are the discounts going to go that fast where you can't book them in the evening? Is this another case like the wine and food festival signature and reserve dinners being filled up within the first hour of availability?

BTW on another thread it was posted that a CM told them August 1 for the codes.

You could just go ahead and call CRO on Monday and ask what discounts they might have available. You might start by asking for the AP rate if it has come out...and then go from there inquiring about other codes/discounts that might be available.

I'm just concerned and want to do it in the morning since we are going Thanksgiving week and we want a specific resort with a specific view that's all I don't think they'll all go that fast but one never knows during a holiday week. Thanks Dcedwrds I can try that but I didn't thing CRO would give you any type of discount without the code.

I think it may depend on the CM. Some are more helpful than others. If the AP rate is out, though, at least you will know that there are probably some others that are also out.

If nothing else, perhaps you could find a computer at lunch where you get access that information. Just a thought.

If you have a friend on the boards, perhaps they can e-mail you directly what the code is when it comes out. Or do you have a friend or relative that can access the info for you?

Also, these codes (I believe) will be posted on the main Disney web page. Just look for the "fabulous vacation offers" or whatever it's called - that's where the last 2 rounds of codes have been. Thats where I'm looking on Monday.

Shelby - another person posted that they were told rates will not be out until august 1? not sure which is correct but I told my boss I would be late monday since I have to get on the computer bright and early!! Shelby I dont mind giving you a call at your job or house to let you know. trust me I'm getting on early and will call if you like. I'll have my computer on by 5 a.m. every monring til i found out if the codes are out. let me know.

IMHO....just relax!!!
There is no way the rooms available using any code would be gone in the first week let alone the first day!
Just call when you get home from work....that is what I will be doing.

I would be really surprised if the webmaster of mousesavers has the codes up that early in the morning. I say relax and check back when you get home (if you have a home computer)

I don't think ALL the rooms will be gone the first day.

You can call that night when you get home.

Can you get email at your office, or personal phone calls? If so, have someone look up the code and call or email you. Take your cell phone to work, and call and make your reservations, using the code that way. No big deal! Hope you get what you want!
