I cannot check in for the life of me!!

My check-in date is TODAY, June 12. I was able to book excursions, adult dining, and other activities at midnight, but for the life of me, I CANNOT check in and it's pissing me off.

Every time I click "My Online Check-In" it redirects me to https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/my-disney-cruise/reservations/ where the only links are: change dining, view details, and explore activities (which I already did)

I know there's supposed to be some sort of planning center like on this link (http://blog.touringplans.com/2015/08/19/10-steps-online-check-disney-cruise/) and BEFORE my check-in date I could see that planning center, but now I can only book activities, and I can't see that planning center anymore.

I went to this help page (https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/faq/preparing-for-cruise/planning-center/) and clicked on "check in online" and it just redirects me to the reservations page.

What is going on?????
 
We also had check in tonight. We were able to reserve palo reservations and excursions, couldn't check in. I was messaging my TA and she was able to check us in via her travel agent portal, and snagged the PAT we wanted. She said DCL often has site issues and online check-ins can be delayed for anyone by a few hours. Everyone on the FB sailing group I'm part of are still experiencing check in issues. They're sticking it out and keep refreshing, hopefully it's up soon :) happy sailing!
 
We had this happened to us on check-in for our May cruise. We were on three different devices and three different browsers and could not get the "Check-in" button to come up at midnight. We kept trying on and off for over an hour and it finally came up just after 1:00 AM I have read posts on this forum that the check-in button has sometimes not come up until 6 or 7 in the morning.
 

I've had this before. Check-in time equates to 5am in the UK so on more than one occasion I've got up, booked port excursions and Palo then gone back to bed and checked in later.
 
I can't even see my reservations when I log in, oh well. I'll just try later but it's annoying.
 
I have noted DCL backs up the website UK time 8 am > 10 am, ( USA Eastern - 3am - 5 am) and current reservations do not come up.

Good thing I'm not in a rush. I just wanted to book nursery hours, nothing else, so I don't feel !#@^&! about this. lol.

WHY IS THE DCL SITE SUCH TRASH.

I googled this phrase and apparently this just happens to the DCL site sometimes. I'm freaking out. :sad:

I've been getting the same message all morning. Don't freak out! In the words of Elsa, "let it go." It'll come back up eventually.

Fwiw, no one can check in from my group, a handful have called DCL, they said the website is (obviously) "experiencing technical issues" and to check back throughout the day. So frustrating :(

Haha yeah I called too and the person speaking with me got an email in the middle of her trying to help saying that the website is having difficulties.

It is really frustrating and I just want to check in haha...
 
Very lucky, I decided to ask my TA to take care of this for us. She said she was getting all kinds of calls last night and helped a few other people also.

It occurs.

Sometimes, logging out, then back in works.

Do not click on the My cruise activities twice, or you get the circles of death.
Do not gave others log in at the same time, or have recently logged in on other devices.

On line check in can take between twenty minutes and three hours to come up.
