I can get on MS site, but cannot plan a vacation.

I've been having issues booking as well and didn't think to check my Points Overview. Just this morning tried to book one night and it timed out after I got all the way to the confirmation page.

Three total contracts, one has points available in current UY. I see:
Contract.0 ## Points available
Contract.1 0 Points avaialble
Contract.2 Not listed at all (0 points available)

This is frustrating to me as I expect to see all contracts listed at all times. I will be calling to share my views on this 'upgrade'.

I was told it could be Monday before I hear from them that it’s been fixed for us.

This is simply not acceptable. I did finally mange to add on a couple of days to our reservation even though the website was absurdly slow - as in early AOL days internet slow . This is NOT what we pay for with our ever increasing membership dues. Keep trying, and I hope you have better luck!!
