I can get on MS site, but cannot plan a vacation.

I've been having issues booking as well and didn't think to check my Points Overview. Just this morning tried to book one night and it timed out after I got all the way to the confirmation page.

Three total contracts, one has points available in current UY. I see:
Contract.0 ## Points available
Contract.1 0 Points avaialble
Contract.2 Not listed at all (0 points available)

This is frustrating to me as I expect to see all contracts listed at all times. I will be calling to share my views on this 'upgrade'.
 
I was told it could be Monday before I hear from them that it’s been fixed for us.
This is simply not acceptable. I did finally mange to add on a couple of days to our reservation even though the website was absurdly slow - as in early AOL days internet slow :sad2: . This is NOT what we pay for with our ever increasing membership dues. Keep trying, and I hope you have better luck!!
 
Wonder if they are doing backend work today. I can’t even load the calendar on the booking page. Just the wheel of misfortune
 
I have two memberships and only one is showing when I try to book. Anyone else seeing this? I can see both memberships under Vacation Points.
 

another odd thing I noticed is when I click on the "view past bookings" button in the dashboard, my current reservation is included in that list. before, it would not be included until the dates of stay were in the past.

Still no luck. I went on the chat today and when I asked about the booking problem, she cut and pasted a standard response that began with : “We are not aware of any issues with the website.” And then it went on with the usual advice of trying Chrome, deleting cookies and browsing history, etc.

I tried it all again. Didn’t work.

Yes, when I click completed, I get all bookings show up, even future ones in past bookings.

I went to modify a reservation as I saw the night after was now available - sounds great right?!

Well, when I get to the confirmation page it tells me I don't have enough points and need to bank/borrow to complete the reservation. What?? I have plenty of points in my 11-month window. I try again, same message.

So I go to book the one night as a new reservation and have no issue because I have plenty of points.

Guess I'll need to call/chat to ask for them to combine the reservations into one.

Extending the reservation is something they can do, so you should be fine.
Such a shame that the site is still not working for so many of us.

We had to call to complete a reservation I WAS ABLE to see, but when I tried to book, I got the seven dwarves.
 
I am running into the same problem today. Exceedingly slow, then I get dwarves or Rex. Cannot even access existing bookings - they go straight to Rex.

They should have rolled back changes while they fixed this mess up. It’s been far too long and I still cannot properly book or modify online.
 
same slowness here - I tried like an hour ago and the site was just like in the "old" days, fast and without problems.

Now 1 hour later its totally sucky - apparently the new setup can't handle the load.
 
I am trying to add some nights and have been checking constantly for the last week or so. Usually, even if it’s not the nights I want I see changes in availability. All day yesterday, nothing changed. The available nights stayed exactly the same with no new open dates. Same thing is happening this morning. I will probably call MS to double check it’s not a problem on my end.
 
By the way, this is checking all the resorts and all different accommodations, ie studio, one bedroom, etc.

Yeah, me too. Chat this weekend had the nerve to tell me, in a clearly pre-written, cut and paste response, that there were no problems on their end, that everything would be fine if I switched from Safari to Chrome (not true), that I should clear cookies and try private browsing (failed as well), and if nothing worked I should just call IT.

I’ve found that late at night, after the wheel spins 80-100 times, I occasionally get the booking page instead of Rex, but it’s intermittent at best…so it appears that the new system can only partially work with almost no traffic. After almost three weeks?? What kind of a business are they running?
