I can get on MS site, but cannot plan a vacation.

I've been having issues booking as well and didn't think to check my Points Overview. Just this morning tried to book one night and it timed out after I got all the way to the confirmation page.

Three total contracts, one has points available in current UY. I see:
Contract.0 ## Points available
Contract.1 0 Points avaialble
Contract.2 Not listed at all (0 points available)

This is frustrating to me as I expect to see all contracts listed at all times. I will be calling to share my views on this 'upgrade'.
 
I was told it could be Monday before I hear from them that it’s been fixed for us.
This is simply not acceptable. I did finally mange to add on a couple of days to our reservation even though the website was absurdly slow - as in early AOL days internet slow :sad2: . This is NOT what we pay for with our ever increasing membership dues. Keep trying, and I hope you have better luck!!
 
Wonder if they are doing backend work today. I can’t even load the calendar on the booking page. Just the wheel of misfortune
 
I have two memberships and only one is showing when I try to book. Anyone else seeing this? I can see both memberships under Vacation Points.
 
another odd thing I noticed is when I click on the "view past bookings" button in the dashboard, my current reservation is included in that list. before, it would not be included until the dates of stay were in the past.
