Day 2 at the Boardwalk...
Woke early again, DH was also awake so we decided to walk along the path to DHS. We ambled along and arrived at the turnstiles at 8.45. Except we couldn't even see the turnstiles - it was very busy. DH immediately started planning a commando style run to Toy Story but I reminded him that I cannot run in
Crocs without falling over. We went straight to TSMM at rope drop and got fastpasses, then joined the standby line, already at 30 minutes
The queue area was quite entertaining and the line moves quickly, we particularly liked Mr. Potato Head who did remove his ear once. The ride it itself was excellent, I could see what I was shooting at, unlike on Buzz and managed to hit a decent amount of targets. My score was 69,700 and DH scored 90,somethingorother. We had another go with the fastpasses straight away and both beat our previous scores. I managed 105,200 second time round
We were getting hungry by the time we had finished so DH suggested we go to Sci fi for lunch. We did have a Plaza ADR that we cancelled and then went to the dining reservations hut to book, we ended up with 50's Prime Time as we already had an ADR of Sci fi later on and I had always wanted to try 50's.
Our server was cousin Mark and he was very grumpy but good fun. Got told off several times for elbows on the table! I had chicken pot pie:
which was yummy and there was no way I could finish it. It had a least half a chicken in it and plenty of veggies. There was also a pastry square underneath it all as well as the top.
DH opted for a ham sandwich, there were 2 but he ate one before the camera could get them:
We were both too full for dessert so we opted out.
After this we ambled back to the Boardwalk having just missed a boat dammit. Had a swim in the Luna Park pool and then went for a nap. We had to pick a car up at the Dolphin so we went and had a game of crazy golf at the Fairways before our collect time. Crazy being the word, the course was very difficult and I didn't do too well, it was also very hot. We drove our car back to the Boardwalk and then walked to Epcot. We had a ride on Nemo, looked round the aquarium (turtle nowhere to be seen

) and then trundled round World Showcase. Rode with the trolls in Norway and headed back to our room via the bakery for more cake etc. The pie had finished me off for the day so a cinnamon roll was as good as I could do
Swam again, sat in the hot tub and chatted to a few people for a while. Crashed out for the night again, still adjusting to the time difference but it's getting better. Didn't eat much today except the huge pie and snacks. DH the same. Cop out day for food but with temps in the 100s food wasn't a huge concern.
