I ate 18.5 points today.....

...and I feel like I had a thanksgiving dinner! (It's only .5points above my minimum) I have to eat early on the days I go to water aerobics (it's 7 to 8pm and I just come home and make herbal tea before I go to bed)

I can't wait to get in the pool and start working out so I don't feel so stuffed!!!!:D
 
I sometimes feel so stuffed after my lunch and I always keep my lunches under 5 points. I just eat alot of 0 or 1 point items.I have trouble getting up to my minimum some days...I have to really force myself to eat something just to get there.
 
Oh you guys are killing me!!! I'm RARELY stuffed and often hungry and could eat more! You are really very fortunate!
 
Annie-Please tell me what all you are eating to stay at those points and be stuffed. I really could use some tips. Can you explain what a menu for a day for you would be?
 

Tammy I think it was a lot of protein today--- Protein and fiber usually fill me up.

Annie you are making progress everyday, aren't you? I think it's great that you participate in water aerobics!
 
How wonderful that you are full at the end of the day and only went over .5 in points!! Yay!! Water aerobics sound fun, they have that at our gym in town now and it sounds so interesting! :)
 
Beanie you should sign up!!!! It's a great work out, but it's not difficult at all. At the Y where I take it, the women are all ages and sizes. The instructor is incredibly fit and she says all she has EVER done is water aerobics. Plus on the nights that I do it, I sleep like a charm!! (I'd say a baby, but we all know babies don't sleep!;) )

If anyone is interested in doing it, I HIGHLY recommend it. It makes you feel really good. And if you are worried about the water being cold when you get in, once you get moving it gets warm REALLY FAST!

Thanks for sharing your day. I am always curious on how others use their points. I kind of get stuck on the same routine for breakfast and lunch. I seem to use more points for breakfast than I need to, but I am having a hard time finding breakfast items that I like that are low in points. Thanks again!
