LOL..I just realized I could have fixed my collar! EH, I am not the most fashionable dresser.
Anyway, to answer some more questions, I DO eat potatoes. My favorite is a baked potato with a small amount of sour cream. But I don't have that very often. I will eat rice, but it is not something I cook much at all.
The biggest thing for me was cutting out my evening snacking. I used to have a bowl of ice cream while I watched my tv shows. EVERY NIGHT!
I don't exercise, and I should. I tell myself everyday I am going to start, and I don't. This weekend the weather is supposed to be in the 50's so I AM going to start walking.
As for the sugar, I should tell you that I do allow myself foods that have a small amount of sugar in the ingredients. I limit myself to 15g a serving. So, I can eat the light yourts.
