My DD tested for her black belt this morning! 4 hours of grueling testing and she did it! ALL with a raging ear infection.
Last night she is crying and whimpering, got her to the doc right away, but I was worried if she could handle all that is involved in testing...
200 push ups in 10 minutes
8 minutes in push up position (plank position)
10 minutes in horseback riding stance (sort of a squat, but looks like your on a horse)
all the forms
line drills
3 different board breaks
sparring with a classmate
sparring against the instructor
It was a long morning!!! AND SHE DID IT!
I am so proud of her! Now I have a DS and a DD who are black belts! next up... I test next year!
