If the two suspects in the DC area sniper case don’t get the death penalty I am moving to Sweden! These two guys terrorized millions of people and killed 11 innocent people for nothing.

Let’s all PRAY to GOD that they get the death penalty and actually get put to death. (no waiting on death row for years and years, eating food from the PC prison menu) Also no **** about the poor 17 year old getting the death penalty. I think he knew what was going on, don’t you?

I usually don’t get involved in death penalty threads. I feel the decision of life or death should be left to the victim’s family.

For me I know I would gladly inject the poison into anyone who harmed my family. ( poison is the easy way out for these two guys)

PS – I PRAY someday they catch the Anthrax killer and put him to death too.

EROS – I was surprised too until I saw that the real HEHer’s are over on the DB.

“Once it came out that he had a military background, I said this must be a Gulf War veteran,” said Dr. William E. Baumzweiger, a Los Angeles neurologist and psychiatrist who specializes in treating Gulf War Syndrome patients.
“There is no doubt that a small but significant number of Gulf War veterans become homicidal” because of Gulf War Syndrome, said Baumzweiger,until recently a staff psychiatrist and neurologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is a leading expert on Gulf War Syndrome.
He said in such cases “there was always a bizarre strangeness about the violence in that it seemed to come out of nowhere, there were no personal problems or longstanding history” to explain it. The violence, he said, “appears to just come out of thin air.”
Experts on Gulf War Syndrome said Muhammad’s behavior fits precisely the patterns exhibited by some other Gulf War veterans.
“This kind of bizarre story, where he is on the one hand killing people and on the other hand writing notes to the government basically pleading for help, that’s a typical story you see in Gulf War veterans,” Baumzweiger said.

And please, do not take this as in any way condoning the murder of innocents that Muhammad and Malvo perpetrated.

The 17year old is not eligible for death penalty under Fed or MD statute but that doesn't mean Alabama doesn't want a crack at him.
