I'm traveling with 10 family members (YIKES) so I thought I would try using large labels to affix to the index cards. I haven't tried it yet, but I could put the day/park/reservation #s and time/etc on the label - maybe even using different colors for each day/park - and print one page of the same label. Put the label on an index card and give at least one person/family group the "index card of the day".

I'll let you know how it turns out after I try it.
