Stayed at ASMo in the love bug section. We got there and had to wait one hour to check in. The line was that long. I waited patiently but was sooo ready to go to the parks. We got to our room late that night b/c when we checked in the room was not assigned or ready, this was at 4pm. We got to the room and all the luggage was there. The room was themed like herby and it was cute, the kids loved it. During the stay the pool had to be shut down for fixing. Not sure what was the trouble but they were busing people from one resort to another to swim. Not a prob for us b/c we spent most of the time in the parks.
First night we ate in Italy. Food was ok. the ceasar salad was better than the fettaccini, mine was thick and kind of dry but hey who is complaining, we are at disney.
MGM was waiting for us early in the AM. We did get to do all of what we wanted. The kids had to share a double stroller and fought alot. Besides that when they were not arguing we did have fun.
Ate at the prime time cafe-- had uncle Bob, he was great. Dh got picked on for being a tattle tale. It was a blast.
Sci fi in was so cool , the food was just ok. DH got ribs and he said it was good but the menu did not offer alot. I had the ruben which was just ok. I would go back just b/c of the car seating, the kids just loved it.
Whispering canyon was too fun. Got picked on alot, got lots of ketsup and red colors. My dd did not have a red color and asked for one, yep you bet ya, she got lots of them after asking. dh had to get up and do the dance "My lil butter cup" tooo funny. We made lots of memories and got lots of pics.
CRT was great. Did the breakfast and the look on my dd's face was priceless. That is all I can say, Pricless. Yes I would do it again. It is expensive but well worth it to me.
Animal kingdom was so crowed we had to leave early, oh and dont go on Kali rapids unless you are looking for a cool down. it is a great way to cool off but yyou get wet, I mean bath tub soaking wet. lol that was fun.
Raiforest cafe has the best seafood and the volcano is to die for. Go ahead and try it you will see what I mean.
My legs felt like they were going to just fall off. I had started walking a mile per day on the tread mill to prepare for the vacation, Well it was like I had never even prepared. I felt like I needed a new pair of legs. I did look long and hard at the wheelchairs but decided to leave it to someone who is handicapped.
This was a great vacation , now I just have to work my butt off to pay for it. Unfortunately I was not able to save up for the entire trip. Uncle Sam decided we owed him money this yr instead of getting back. oh well..... It was still worth it.
