We are required to run 12 minutes, every three to six weeks, and run for the majority of it. Generally, a person who runs the track (made with cones xD) should have about 40-ish.
I can't do pushups, I do one and then fall on the floor and pretend to do more.
I adore crunches/sit ups. Easy if you put your legs a proper length away from you.

weird, i know. but hopefully things work out for you and you wont have to experience that tragic moment again. 
No one else in my Gym Class can. I feel accomplished.
I can do a split.
