Isn't that their job? When you first meet the team, they tell you not to go to MDR, Guest Services, Excursion desk, etc because they take care of you. All you have to do is let them know what you want.
Thanks....I am 8/5 so you'll beat me! But if noone reports back by then I will as well as about teen spa bookings since you cannot book those till on the ship. I am hoping they will take care of both of these for us while we just eat lunch! ;-)

Yep, just got off and can confirm concierge can do this for you. Also, the lounge needed no reservations after the 2nd day on our cruise. Mostly walk up and go right in, so keep that in mind.
We just got off the Wish and as others have said yes they can make reservations … HOWEVER on embarkation day while we were still in the concierge waiting area in the terminal, one of the concierge hosts (Gilherme? sorry I can’t spell) came out and basically announced that Hyperspace would be very popular so we’d have to do our best to get the reservation time we wanted. So right there in the terminal many families already logged into the app to choose a time. We did it when we physically got on board and luckily got a time that we wanted. In the description it does say “one reservation per stateroom per voyage.”
