Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport

My sister, 2 nieces, nephew and myself are going to be getting off the Magic early on the 10th. My brother, who lives in Ft. Myers is going to drive up and spend the day with us. If we rent him a room to stay overnight at the Hyatt Airport (to faciliate our trip home) do you think his having an additional 5 people hanging at the pool would be a problem? Do you think they would make me get a so-called "day room" plus an overnight room?

I don't think it wold be a problem. In my experience they are very nice and accommodating there as long as you have at least one room rented, they probably would not mind, especially if you happen to want lunch from their restaurant which is pretty nice.
