Agreed, however the OP has to realize that everyone has the right to be skeptical about the whole story as well. You can't expect everyone to have the same opinions as your own.

So, in a situation that none of us had ever heard of before, where there were no unbiased witnesses, where Disney has a vested interest in NOT harming or killing guests AND there were unsupervised teens involved - pardon me for being skeptical about taking as gospel the word a loving father who "knew" his DD had done nothing wrong.
