hi
having been caught up in hurricane jeanne last year (we just made it to the hotel before the curfew was annonced apparently we were the last flight into sanford) i would take care. certainly don't cancel unles you are told to but be aware that the wind and rain is really vicious and do stay inside if told to. the noise from the srorm was unbelievable and you could not see more than 2ft throught the window. it carried on for 24hrs i have to say the hotel was magnificent. they cobbled together an evening meal and three meals the next day. the curfew was lifted at 6pm and we went for a quick walk along to walgreens and back. there were signs of devastation everywhere. orlando is geared up for hurricane damage limitation, and issue warnings at frequent intervals; after that it was sunshine and blue skies all the way!
