Saw it last night. Thought it was really good. I like Jennifer Lawrence, she's turned out to be a good little actress. I just hope that they can do something with Mockingjay to make it a better story for the movie than what the book was. I think the author rushed to get a resolution and didn't do a very good job of writing the ending.

The bolded made me giggle since Jennifer Lawrence is an Oscar winner.

All I can say is . . . Can't wait for the next movie. Cliffhanger ending. Won't say anything more.

ITA! Saw it on premier night - last Thursday. It was great! But I really hate how they're milking out the trilogy. First half of Mockingjay won't be out until next year at this time and the 2nd half until late 2015!! I get that it's all about hyping it and making money, but by then, I'll forget the entire storyline!

I have read the books, and I loved the movie. DH and DS said it was just "okay" (they have not read the books) DH said it was very slow in the beginning.

Can't believe we have to wait another year.

Sadly, being an Oscar winner doesn't always mean you're a good actress (Kim Basinger). Jennifer is a good actress and a good role model. She stands in stark contrast to Kristen Stewart.

He looked just as good in that too. I mean he acted just as well in that one

I'm inspired to read the book again.
