Hug your mother for Boots today, please!

My mother would have been 77 today. We were just getting to be the very best of friends when she passed away on March 27, 1998. I had always been close to her, but was finally seeing her as a "friend" and not just my mother. She loved Christmas and she loved her birthday. My family always went to Captain D's or Long John Silver's and bought her fish. She always had our birthday dinners for us and fixed our favorites. She said she wanted this because she loved fish and my dad didn't. {Go figure how he can eat a tuna and salmon loaf mixed together that my stepmother fixes now. Does this not sound awful???} Anyway she loved this kind of fish, but I do wish I had taken her to Red Lobster at least once! When the children were little they always decorated her cake and we have wonderful pictures of her with cakes so muchly decorated that you can't see the cake. Anyway my mom died very suddenly and I always wish I had made time for one more "I love you" and one more big hug. So please give your mother a hug and tell her it is from Boots. I miss my mom so very, very much!
