Hubby's BIG surprise!!!!!

We .... with we being My 2 Daughters, their 2 husbands and my 2 beautiful grandbaby girls .... are planning a way cool surprise for my darling husband. Who happens to be one of if not the sweetest man that walked the face of this earth. My husband loves Disney and has always dreamed of waking up in Disney for Christmas. We planned to go in 5 years when the grandbabies were 5, but are going this Sept. instead. Husband has lung disease and has had a rough winter so we all decided why wait. He has no idea the kids will be going. They will be showing up the morniing of our departure and asking him if there is room for 6 more. He will be over the moon!!!!

I hope we are all able to keep the secret till September. The 2 year-old is starting to put sentences together and I have nightmares of her telling Poppy " I Go to Poppy"

What a wonderful surprise! Just one more thought for you. I can't think of the company that prepares special activites for people who go to Disney. Someone on the board would know.

But wouldn't it be great when DH walked into your resort room that is was decorated for Christmas! Who says Christmas can't come early this year. I'm sure this company can arrange it for you or maybe you can speak with the hotel and see if you can arrange someway to have Chrismas decorations in your room.

The Christmas shop is open year round in Disney and maybe you can get a Santa hat with his name or an ornament with the year. This way this trip every morning when he wakes up it will be Christmas in Disney.

Have a Great Trip! And here's some pixie dust in hopes you will get to be one of those lucky families chosen to sleep in the Castle. Imagine waking up there!

My mom had always dreamed of going to Disney at Christmas time, so when she got cancer, we decided to take the trip ASAP. Our whole family had a magical time creating "Disney at Christmas" memories. My mom passed away less than a month after the trip. I am so thankful for the great time we had together! I know you will have a wonderful vacation with your family, and best wishes for your husband's health!
