I'd expect that the crane will still be there...
IF they are using it for the Hub construction.

I'm not sure that they ARE using the crane for that work.

Put another way...
The Hub WORK will definitely still be in full swing then, but I don't know if they will or won't be using the crane
for it.

I was thing about this on the weekend. I'm curious to know when the construction might be finished. I'm visiting mid March and really hope that things look fairly normal then.

Sorry to tell you, but the crane will be there until at least February or early March. It isn't part of the hub construction, but is being used to remove the Christmas lights from the castle.

We are arriving on February 8th too, and can't wait!

the crane has been there every trip I've visited for the last 3-4 years it feels like i remember always having to get a certain angle of the castle to keep it out of the shot I've come to accept it as a temporary addition to mk lol

Last year when I went the shots of the castle I took in the morning did not have the crane but later in the day, the crane shows up so maybe you can grab a few shots first thing.

We're heading down in mid-May. My dd, 21, texted me the other day, asking if I thought the construction in the Hub would be done by then....I just laughed at her!!!

The current schedule has the hub completed by the end of 2015 so...
