We stayed here , the Hotel was very nice, clean . The Food areas were disapointing to say the least. We ate dinner at the Kitchen one night the food was good the service we was very poor, we noticed a few other tables not happy either with their service. Our waiteress seemed pre occupied , didnt ofer refills , check on us then brouht out the bill and then said you dont want dessert do you? well we did. we had noticed the other waiter brining out a tray with the selections on it for a nice presentation , we asked her to see it she rolled her eyes and said well he is using it so if yo want i can name the things on it if i can remember them . uh ok we said so we ordered , she was put off by this and then had to re do check she put it. i asked for fresh water , as by the end of dinner ours were gone . no refills offered. we tipped and left i am sorry i gave her 23 dollar tip well over 20% of bill. but it was done. i think we will not stay there again .but the possitive was the express pass for rides was great . the staff at the desk 2 of them were rude and short as were a few people in the store. Used the laundry on floor 2 and put money in 2 machines and they never worked called said theyed be right up this was at 9pm at 10:30 i gave up and went to room , reported in am they did refund my money, needless to say my cloths were still wet though. there was a girl in the store she was VERY NICE HELPFUL . our HOUSE KEEPER DID A GREAT JOB TOO
